Important: Zenithh does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. AI suggestions and nutrition estimates can be incomplete or wrong.

Who may use the app

You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information when safety depends on it.

Fitness and nutrition safety

Obtain qualified medical advice before exercising when you have a medical condition, are pregnant/postpartum, have been told to limit activity, or are unsure.
Do not use Zenithh to choose medication, insulin, supplements, treatment, rehabilitation, therapeutic diets or exercise loads.
Check food labels, allergens, portions, equipment labels and exercise technique yourself.
Stop activity for pain, dizziness, fainting, chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, sudden weakness or new/worsening symptoms and seek appropriate care.

AI and third-party information

AI output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a clinician. Open Food Facts entries are community supplied. External exercise-video links and third-party services have their own content, availability and terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, automate excessive AI requests, attempt to access another person's data, upload unlawful material, defeat security controls, or rely on the service for an emergency.

Availability

Zenithh is a free public beta. Features may fail, change or be withdrawn. Apple Health requires a compatible native iPhone app and is not available on the website. Fitbit integration is not currently available.

Your content and account

You retain rights in information you enter. You grant Zenithh the limited permission needed to store and process it for the features you request. You may export data, delete app records or permanently delete your account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenithh is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a medical purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Governing rights

Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in India, the United Kingdom and Australia continue to apply. Submit questions through Help & Support in the app.
