PRIVACY POLICY · 9 SEPTEMBER 2026
Your health data belongs to you.
This policy explains how Zenithh Fitness handles information for people in India, the United Kingdom, Australia and other locations. Zenithh is a free public-beta fitness planner, not a healthcare provider.
Information we collect
- Account information, including email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile information such as name, age, sex, region, height, weight, goals and dietary preference.
- Health information you choose to provide, including a condition, symptoms, allergies, pain, balance and clinician instructions.
- Food diary, workout, readiness and progress records.
- Support reports and basic app context needed to investigate a problem.
- Gym-machine photos are compressed and sent for the requested analysis. Zenithh does not intentionally save those photos in your account.
Why we use it
We use information to operate your account, save your records, personalise general food and exercise suggestions, provide safety warnings, answer support requests, prevent misuse and improve reliability. We do not sell health information or use it for targeted advertising.
AI processing
Information included in a planning request is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce the requested response. AI can be wrong. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for the plan, and do not use Zenithh for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions or emergencies.
Service providers and international processing
Zenithh uses Supabase for authentication and stored app data, Cloudflare for hosting, security and AI processing, and Open Food Facts for public product information. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention and security
Your account data is retained while your account is active and until you delete it, subject to limited security, legal and backup retention. Support reports may be retained for up to 12 months. Access controls are designed so signed-in users can access only their own fitness records. No online service is completely risk-free.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, complain or erase information. Use Export, Delete app data, Delete account, or submit a Privacy request from Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred beforehand.
Regional information
- India: requests are handled with regard to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable rules.
- United Kingdom: health information is treated as special-category data. Where applicable, processing relies on your explicit consent and the service you request. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
- Australia: health information is handled as sensitive information where the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Children
Zenithh is intended for people aged 16 or older. It is not designed for children, clinical paediatric nutrition or supervised rehabilitation.
